The Making of a Cabin
The Old Mill Cabin was built in 2020 using salvaged beams from the barn and Carding Mill buildings that stood on this property. The goal was to make a comfortable place to escape to nature and base camp to enjoy the local adventures near by. It was a family affair with all getting involved in the process.

We started building small in our backyard
There was some heavy lifting
We eventually got it up
Once we were ready it was time to move it all up to the building site
